Sunday - 5 miles at 10:40/mile and HOLY HELL SOUTH ALABAMA IS HOTTTTTT

I'm looking forward to a summer getting well and truly acclimated to heat, picking up some more mileage and speed, and staying faithful to cross training.  I've got some work travel in June and July that should give me a nice break from the heat.  We are also building a house, and expecting to move again in July.  It's not ideal, but what can you do???
